Tad brings over 45 years of hands-on construction and site leadership experience to HYVE. A Red Seal–certified carpenter and seasoned Site Superintendent, he has delivered projects ranging from multi-unit residential builds to specialty commercial structures, high-end custom homes, and complex concrete works across Whistler, Pemberton, and the Sunshine Coast.
Throughout his career, Tad has led large field teams, coordinated intricate schedules, and consistently delivered high-profile projects ahead of schedule—including multi-storey residential developments, commercial retrofits, log post-and-beam structures, and Olympic-related builds. His deep expertise in carpentry, envelope systems, concrete formwork, and specialty finishing makes him a cornerstone on any precision-driven project.
He also holds multiple building certifications, including Insulated Concrete Forms, Schluter waterproofing (Levels 1 & 2), construction law, and R-2000/Built Green. Tad is known industry-wide for his craftsmanship, problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to quality and safety.
