Neil brings over twenty years of construction experience spanning residential, commercial, institutional, and large-scale mixed-use developments. Red Seal–certified, he pairs hands-on construction leadership with developer-side insight and a strong analytical mind – a combination that lets him move fluidly between the field and the boardroom. From pre-construction and consultant coordination to budgeting, scheduling, and change management, Neil manages the full lifecycle of complex, proposal-driven and negotiated work.

His track record includes a 60-unit condominium on Vancouver’s Granville Island, a 28-unit affordable housing development in Burnaby, and a six-storey women’s shelter in Maple Ridge. Neil is at his best chairing Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, keeping stakeholders aligned, and giving superintendents and coordinators a steady point of escalation when site issues arise.
