His track record includes a 60-unit condominium on Vancouver’s Granville Island, a 28-unit affordable housing development in Burnaby, and a six-storey women’s shelter in Maple Ridge. Neil is at his best chairing Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, keeping stakeholders aligned, and giving superintendents and coordinators a steady point of escalation when site issues arise.
